New to the Fountain Family - Anone know this 2005 35 Lightning
Well I did it, bought into the Fountain family (put a down payment). I still have to take her for a sea trial before the deal is complete and was hoping someone on OSO knows this boat. It can be seen at http://www.mcgregoronthewater.ca/Pre_Owned_Boats.html Its hull ID# is FGQ35687D505
The dealer - McGregor On the Water marine (on Couchiching Lake, Ontario - north of Orillia) informed me its a second owner boat, the first owner bought it from Jim Earle Marine (near Orillia Ontario) and the second owner purchased it 2 years ago form them and just traded it for a smaller boat. The boat has been in the Lake Simcoe / Georgian Bay are since new.
Doug Csumrik at McGregor was great to deal with and I don't anticipate any issues, but I figure I should draw upon the knowledge and experience of the OSO members. I plan to complete the deal next week and bring her home, so I would appreciate any information - good or bad, before I complete this deal. Thanks Greg
