Default 48 Fountain in south Florida for winter. Suggestion?

Where can I keep a 48 Fountain on dry from October til May. Currently don't have a trailer. Would like a dry stack facility but most most a 12 month lease. Anyone have suggestions of a yard with a travel lift or forklift that can handle this? Miami or Lauderdale

Grove Harbour Marina, there are a lot of boats that come and go seasonally there and they can easily handle that size boat.

Have you thought about putting it on a trailer? Marker17 Marine has one under the 48EC/Outboard they just rigged.

I would think you could have more options like Blue Octane, BrandX, and Doller Offshore with a trailer, and would assist on your transport simplicity and costs.

Probably having a trailer built soon but looking at options to have easily put in the water upon arrival. Trying to avoid having to leave my truck down for them to move it to the water. It will exceed 30,000# full of fuel and gear before the trailer.
Port has a space but only on a 12 month lease agreement.

Call Brand X, they can store the boat in their warehouse, service, whatever you need. They have their own trucks that can move a boat that size.
