What makes an 83 scarab a Kama edition?
One for sale in my area with trs drives! Why call it a Kama edition when equipped with trs?
What type of hull is it? Kevlar hull?

someone probably swapped the drives. i thought they all came with the kamma surface drives, similar to the arnesons.. i haven't heard anyone bad rap the drives i just think they are impossible to get parts for.

I dont think Kaama edition boats necessarily had the surface drives. I think it was in general a performance upgrade that came is several variants .

seller claims 60 mph with 509's carbed engines guesstimated at 450-465 hp... are they that slow? I would have hoped for... at least 65 to 70 !
