My buddy broke his on his 272 a few years ago. He found a guy that makes windshields for tractors down around Nashville, TN. The guy had thousands of curved pattern and said it would be no problem. He had the guy make a complete new windshield for his boat and you cannot tell it isn't the factory windshield. He said insurance covered the whole replacement. I will try and get a hold of him this week to find out what the shop was called.

I just wonder how many more threads about broken windshields will start popping up once the Asian Carp start infiltrating our waterways and launching up out of the water like land mines when they hear out loud boats approaching...

I just talked to my buddy, he said he has everything but the passenger side curve from his 272, but sounds like that is what you are needing. Here is a link to the company that built his replacement.

I have been talking to Taylor Made .. The problem is they used a few different Wind shields so tracking down the actual part number has been a challenge.. However XT Innovations has been excellent in helping out.. Great people taking time to help me...
