Default Triple engine fountain prop question

My '91 42 has the port and center drive spinning same direction CCW (out) and the starboard prop spinning CCW (out). Anyone see any gains swapping the rotation on the outside drives (leave center as is) and basically spinning props in? Spinning in seems to work on twin engine Fountains, just wondering if I'd gain on my big tub.

Swapping props is easy. Just do it.

I don't think a trip 42 Fountain should need more bow lift. Spinning in gives more bow lift. I would guess you are running 78-80mph now???
Its worth a try to swap them and see though. You might gain a couple mph, but might not like the handling.

In perfect conditions and not much fuel it will crack low 80's. Freshening all three little pigs this fall/winter and maybe upping them just a hair. I was just curious if anyone had done it. These drives have been spinning this direction forever and are pretty bulletproof because I don't beat on it. Hate to give one a reason to let go. Maybe later in September when the air is good and if something breaks it doesn't ruin the rest of summer I will try it for shats and giggles.
