Funny, all we had to do was ask one of our Family (Racers) to help make a very ill little boys dream of sitting in a race boat while it was moving come true and it was done, Chris Reindl and his girlfriend Lee Ann made this happen. Mike from the class 7 boat Your Gonna Learn #777 met Max and his Family Friday night in Saint Clair and let him and his brother sit in their boat and pretend, Thank You Guy's. Chris and Lee Ann even offered to take this little boy Max out for a nice ride before the Port Huron Race August 8 to the 10. I wish we filmed the smile on MAX's face, you all would have been in tears, he has had 40 operations, (Yeah, you all read that right...FOURTY!!!, THAT SUCKS) three of them open heart, I have had only one, he's only 9 years old , his first surgey was at 5 days old.. Max is the definition of courage and I hope that on Saturday August 9th. at the pits in Port Huron you all get the chance to meet this brave little boy. Most of you know my motto, Pain Heals, Chicks Dig Scars, Glory Lasts Forever...Ask Max to show you his scars, he as proud of his as I am of mine.
