These heads are off of a 2002 500EFI. I am no longer in the offshore boating game and am cleaning up the shop. They were taken off of my boat (now sold) in 2007 after a head gasket leak. The motor had been modified by Innovation in Sarasota that included port work and milling the heads to raise the compression. I am not sure how much they were milled. When the head gasket leaked, I took it to my closest engine shop, Express Marine in Deland. They said that the heads were milled more than they would like, that they could be fixed, but in the interest of getting the boat running again I decided to purchase a new set of heads and not have them milled as much since I was more interested in longevity. These heads have been sitting in the shop ever since.

I tried to take pictures to give show exactly what they are. The boat was used in saltwater so there is obvious rust in the coolant passages. Both heads have thin areas in the same spot. I believe material could be added back and then re-milled by someone who knows what they are doing. They are located in Umatilla, FL, 32784.
