How About Justin Halder from Jordon Point Marina? He's not a "Professional Surveyor" per say but knows boats/motors/drives inside and out (literally ) He probably knows the boat your thinking of. He's not far from Richmond and would probably have a look. you can get his # by looking up Jordon Point Marina in Hopewell Va. Knowing what I know of Justin I'd rather have him than a surveyor cause he's an Expert Mercury/Mercruiser Mechanic and repairs Glass & Gel Coat for a living so he's an expert on everything I actually just bought a new Bravo one HP Transom assy from him a month ago, he had the best price in the country that I could find..
