12 ft lbs or 16 Nm.

Exhaust Manifold to cylinder head 26 ft lbs
Exhaust elbow studs to exhaust manifold 15 ft lbs.
Next it always wise to torque in a 3 pass & proper torque pattern with everything.
In your other thread can you post pics of your problem area and what you done to hopefully fix your problem. I am just asking so I can be on the same page as to what you posted.

Thank you. The only thing I removed were the riser nuts and riser. I figured it was less than 20, I was guessing 15. My boat is at the lake on the lift. I can take some pics this weekend. I haven't done any thing yet. I ordered the riser gaskets and silicone hoses. Hopefully they will be in by Friday so I can get back on the water Saturday.
