Well here's my Story and I am Sticking to it..

We left Wednesday night.. 3hrs late after replacing the alternator and setting up the weight dist hitch on my buddy's truck. Got to our rest stop at 5am.. 3hrs sleep and off we went.. Arrived and found we had a bad Ujoint on the truck. Frozen solid!! We were lucky we made it with that thing. So Friday morning during the rain we got it fixed but I missed Waterfoul's call about the run to Big Dick's.. Well we winged and made stops at several bars... Thurs and Fri. Sat was spent in Party Cove. We were told we witnessed the best show a guy had ever seen in the 15yrs he had been going there!!
Sunday was race day.. we video taped most of the races.. I think we got your race Mike! My buddy ran 91mph with his 28' Check.. all on tape and pics.. Waiting for my copy of the CD!!

We arrived home after 12hrs on the road monday and I took my drive apart to see what happend to the shifting.. looks like I bent the shifter shaft.. no big deal.

All in all it was a great time!! I am sorry I didnt get to hook up with OSO people..I did see people on the line Sunday at the race and I did a few sightings on other days, but was either tied up or too slow to get their attention, or on a mission headed some where. I just hope everyone had as good a time as we did!!

Yeah Dick, it's too bad you didn't get to make the Big Dicks run with me. I didn't get to run up there until about an hour after everyone else left.......had an issue with Holly which is a LONG story I will only share in person (way too long to type!!). So you probably could have run up there with me later in the day!! It was good to see you briefly on Sunday!!!

I did reconize a few people.. really wished we could have tied up with all of you to renew friendships..

Mike we headed up to dicks on Thursday and everyone was leaving when we got there. Fri was spent following the leader from place to place. Sunday eve we tried to find all the places by road to buy tshirts.. an impossible task with the small map we had..

Sorry I didn't see you down there. Saw a lot of other people from MI.
Spent a lot of time with WHITEY,LORA and his friends ( They just happen to own CHALANGER powerboats) Very nice people.
