If I'm not mistaken every 48' EC I've seen had a helm on the right.

Seen those pics on here before, weird boat for 2 reasons:
1. Sport cruiser buyers wouldn't want the tower
2. Sportfish guys would complain it isn't a real sportfish (not enough fish boxes, fishing amenties, etc).

Helm usually is on the right. Cool boat either way and was to go into production before slow down.

No. I don't know of any bottom that has been or has to be modified to with out drives.

I meant bottom shaft drives like almost all sportfishers have ,,
(sport fishermen do not like anything sticking off back of boat)
did not realize it had Arnys.

Arnesons are probably tucked under a good three feet considering the extended the cockpit over what is the swim platform on a normal 48.
