Actually you don't have to get the filter. $12 rebate without. This is the one rebate that WILL come. I always wait for the big sale about 4 times a year. 4 cars, 2 boats and 1 motorcycle. Seems like i'm always changing oil. Good thing I have a lift.

You paid $4.53 per quart. The OP said the price per quart is $2.79. If he buys 5 quarts, it would cost him $13.95 plus tax. Based on simple math, I think the OP got a much better deal, but what would I know.

I like the 2 gallon jug of Mystic 15w50 semi synthetic for $23 from farm and fleet too. or the Mystic 5 gallon bucket of 80w140 gear oil for $60.. another win.
