hi what recommendations would you use on a 92 gen 5 bbc engine with b m 420 blower on it

What heads?? Stock GM rectangle ports? If so, MR41T, or NGK 5673-8.

No it has them oval peanut heads on it

I have been running the MR43T for years in two 330hp peanut headed 454s with 177 blowers making 500hp.
