They are not the build quality of an eliminator but they are an efficient hull and they also have great lines. You can tow them with a 1/2 ton truck which is nice. They do not have much of a cabin to speak of.
I Hotboat magazine about 2003 they were the fastest 28' hull with 575sci that they had ever tested.

Thanks for the input, the one I was looking at has a blown 622 extension box and imco drive, I did notice the cabin not being much which is a downfall but was just curious how strong the hulls are built and any common problems, thanks Brent

I have a real nice 2001 26' open bow walk through Eliminator Daytona Cat for sale less power if you have any interest. It is set up right now with a 985EFI, 985 HP from a BBC ProCharged 540. IMCO 12" extension with full hydraulic steering. I prefer to sell less power.
