On Sept 27, 2014 Performance Boat Center hosted a Fall Fun Run/ Tribute run to help raise money for the Fiore Family. We were lucky enough to have great weather and support. We had 55+ boats attend and over 150 people make this event one to remember.
The group met at Performance Boat Center at 10 and after an hour or so of visiting and preparing a few last boats, a drivers meeting was held in the showroom of Performance. Drivers were instructed this was not a race and that the benefit was for enjoyment and to raise funds for the family. We departed around 11am and made the 21 mile journey to Beavers at the Dam for lunch. After Beavers, the group made it to Paradise for college football and refreshments. At 6pm dinner for 150+ was served at Performance and the donations started rolling in. By Monday AM over 20k was raised and a few more checks are still coming in. Here are a few pictures of the event. More will be posted alter after the photographers get me their photos.
A huge thank you to all the companies that helped with the event and helped raise the donations. Beavers at the Dam, Paradise Bar and Grill, Wobbly Boots BBQ, Larrys on the Lake, CNC Illuminations, American Boiler and Mechanical, APEX Physical Therapy, Fruth Construction, Century Motors, Royal Gate DODGE, Marine Service Company, Ron Harrison, Bill Allen, Jeff Tegethoff, Joe Thompson, and all others that donated!!!!!!!!!
