Default Boating in Winchester Tn?

Is there any where in or close to Winchester to run my Phantom or will it become pontoon time?

Boating in Chattanooga or haul over to Picwick and KY lake. Nashville has lots to offer as well I've been told. I mainly run on Kentucky lake and Pickwick.

Welcome!!
