Default Just listed Pantera 28 less power

I will probably regret this but I am downsizing a little so the 28 needs to go.

For whatever it's worth, and according to Pepe this is the first 28 Single that Pantera ever built.. I sold the boat to Chris many years back and to my knowledge this boat has been in fresh water since it was new and last time I had my hands on it it was solid as a rock, which I suspect to be no different because Chris takes good care of his stuff, and has done nothing but improve upon what he got, not to mention he's a great guy to deal with..

I have lowered the price a little and open to serious offers. I may end up putting in an HP500 and making it turn key in the spring if it does not go before then. Thanks for the interest and spreading the word guys.

In General Discussion section here on OSO, there is a thread on the 2015 Don Aronow Around Long Island race for next August 22-23. There is a class that would be perfect for this boat. Since you have an ad on OSO already, post a link there.

HORBA has been contacted by a few guys that don't want to race their own boat .....but want to throw some momey together and build a simple race boat.... for this race. This may be just what they are looking for.

Since Charlie mentioned history (HORBA) it reminded me that not only was this hull was the first 28 Single built by Pantera, (which I mentioned earlier), but that it was also originaly built for a rather influential ole drag racer out of the Detroit area who was part of the "Ramchargers".. Just thought I 'd throw in a little random knowledge that I think is cool..
