does anyone know of a company that can handle both? do any of the recommended, well know, blower services offer powdercoating? looking to just disassemble as far as necessary, powdercoat, and rebuild. have a local powdercoat guy but want someone who can put it back together in spec etc.

I've used DMPE quite a bit and they do excellent work. I've had a few in the past that needed to be polished, but they don't offer it. So, I took them apart, had them polished, then sent them to DMPE for reassembly. That may be an option. You can take it apart and have the p/c done by your guy and then send them out for assembly.
