Has anyone else had bad luck with these fuel pump safety switches. I had two go bad and both with different but the same type of issue.
Almost seems as if the switch gets stuck on or stuck off. Depending on which way it fails, the fuel pump either won't turn on at all or it won't shut off.
I have ordered a different pressure switch from Anfield Industries because the Holley switches have let me down twice now, and have forced me to wire in a bypass circuit to turn the fuel pump on or off with a toggle switch.
Just trying to see if other members have had issues with this pressure switch. it is a nice safety feature to know if your oil pressure falls below 5 psi it also shuts down the engine.
I am using a relay for the fuel pump power. The relay is not the issue. It works exactly how it should.
And you got to love Holley's 90 day warranty. Total BS.
