trying to figure out what size this carb is, I found just a couple #'s list 9022 2888

where do I look for the identifier part #

800 cfm marine carb

looks like a Volvo penta holley 670 or a 770cfm maybe

9022 is a holley 800 as billy boats said. It is the oe for hp500, 500 bulldog 420, and a few others

Looking for 180 stamped on throttle blades maybe , and then there is a pic down the throat of carb , let's see if you have one of the real good ones . And make sure someone hasn't mix matched some parts .the secondary float bowl tube and red choke thermostat is giving me pause as I eat my pizza

172 primary....173 secondary

Could be a player for a mid level 454 build , I would never kick a 4 corner double pumper to the curb ,unless it was back woods modded for alky .if you got it cheap you won't lose .now you have to pull the bowls and see if you have check balls or rubbers
