Default Lake Cumberland Poker Run-Who's Going?

Leaving on Thursday for the 10+ hour tow from Raleigh. Will be there though Sunday and tow back on Monday. Staying on a friend of a friends houseboat. Never been. Heard it's a great time. Any insite/comments/pictures?

Leaving Thursday morning. About four hour trip from Charleston, WV. 4th year and counting. Check out 76 Falls if the cops haven't shut it down. Great weekend.

Was at the falls two weeks ago, no cops.

There were morons on sea-doos ripping up and down the cove, clear back to the falls and out, towing tuber's, acting like idiots, all in the NO WAKE ZONE!!!

We were anchored off and tied up with other boats getting rocked all over the place. I called on the radio for the water patrol, but no answer. It was like once one lake licer saw that it was OK to go anywhere in the no wake zone, it was OK for all jet-skis to have free reign. There were five or six or them tearing it up.

I never thought I would ever WANT to see the water patrol at the falls.

The Sumerset Houseboat Poker Run Team will be there. Myself, CFD12, Allan4, Khadley, Merlin 540, ITTLFLI, and a few other boats. Going to tie the houseboat up just outside Jamestown in a cove. Going down Thurs - Sun.

Looking forward to meeting some of you. Not sure where we will end up at on the houseboat. Our friend keeps it at Alligator 1.

Look for my boat and say hello!

Keeping fingers and toes crossed! Hope to take delivery of Thunder Enlightening, our new 37 Active Thunder on Friday at the lake. Will be running it in the poker run too. Can hardly wait! Look for us in a white Active Thunder with red/black graphics. Hope to see you all there.
