Looks like an F-1 boat.

Searched Pantera boats F1 and found pics and video.

You sure it's a 1999?
I think it's Kyle's boat.

Ill claim it as my boat. My boat is a 2002, but was raced in 2001 worlds.
This is her currently. Still going to put the eyes back on it.

That thing is so Bad Ass. I raced against it in Mentor,Ohio back in 2002. They ran in P-3 with a blower motor and kept up pretty well. Loves the rough

"The year was 1999, that boat ran awesome,some girl did throttles on test runs ,and never let off the throttles not even in the turns"
