Is there any product that softens vinyl (interior)? What is the best cleaner?

Starbrite worked well for me on mine. .

For a softener?

I have had good luck with Chemical Guys sprayable leather cleaner and conditioner. They make some good products.

3M marine interior products we have used for our customers boats plus our new and used boat inventory for the pass 10 years plus. There is 3 of the 3M products that is used. I could get the names of them if needed. Can not remember the exact names on the bottles at the moment.
