Question Bravo 1 trim question

I have a bravo 1 trim switch question:
1988 bravo 1 , two sets of wires come from the trim limi and sending assemblies, thru the transom housing to the
trim power unit. One set on mine goes to a purple wire connector and a blue &blue/white stripe combo connector.
The other set coming from the bravo is not hooked up and I do not know where to hook it, I think this set comes from the starboard side and feeds the trim gauge.
When I had the 96 502 put in the guy left it like this and I do not have my manual up here where I have the boat.
Any help would be great.

I do not have a elect. trim gage so I just coiled mine up but they pluged up to the engine harness by the coil on mine, no polarity.
