Default caliber1 custom boats

I'm looking to move into the 28' range and the new caliber 28' looks pretty nice, I don't know much about them and just looking for some firsthand knowledge on build quality and performance, a new Nordic heat is on my short list swell, is it fair to compare? Thanks in advance

Don't know about the new owners products, but prior product was considered the low end or close to it, of the West coast offerings.

There are many better choices.

I looked at them in April the 280 or 28 footer whatever you call it. Somewhat very average quality. Somethings good and somethings needing improvements as far as the build. The price was a bargain and the old saying goes 'you get what you pay for you"

there is a guy up here that has one a brand new 2014 with the 8.2 Merc Cat engine. I responded to his post about breakin of the engine. I will try to find it because I think another question was ask that needed a response.

Thanks everyone, I was thinking they were a step down from Nordic but wanted to here some firsthand opinions, they look good in pics and the price is appealing, I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for, that said I'll be looking into a heat like I initially was going to do, thanks again
