I am a painting contractor it works just like the video. What they are using is a wet slurry, least amount of airborne particles. But you can accomplish the same thing by using a 185 compressor with a pot, and believe or not baking soda.

I am a boat media blasting contractor by trade, and will tell you that if you dumped that much water out of pot like that in most marinas, you would have a lot of answers to come up with.

I will note that there are systems similar to this that do shoot slurry effectively(Farrow, Geoblaster, etc) but the MMLJ system is not one of them.
