I have the subject setup. XR, 1:51, 19"X, 5100-5150 RPM. Looking for a few more MPH. Do I go with a Bravo 1 26P, Hydro or getting my prop worked by BBlades. Tabs down and drive in always, but I do get blowout from time to time. Not looking to go through the test program at BBlades yet, but looking for people who have a setup they are happy with.

Feverz29,
29's and 27's are a special set up. The same yet different.
You need to be able to use your trim. We can help as we have done many of these.
Once you obtain as much information as you can, call me and we'll do our best to help you.

Feverz29,
First, we have a gift certificate sale going on now which would give you a 11% discount. You can buy the certificates online at www.bblades.com
The normal cost is $392. Right now it would be $348.88
27 and 29 Fountains do experience higher than some slip % numbers. So, standard Lab recipes need to be adjusted. Pitch progression and rake angles are key. In most cases we can give you better handling with much better trim reaction. In addition a 1-3 mph gain is common.
What speed do you see at 5125? Your 28 will most likely be the best casting to work with.

Feverz29,
No, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
Fountain test reports are great to look at. I have been reading them with a grain of salt for many years. Occasionally they are spot on.
Your slip is a little high and typical for your hull pre BBLADES work at 16.22%
Let us know when we can help. Call me when you can.
