Default What's it worth..1987 Donzi 22 classic "Limited Edition" 454/Alpha Drive

Thinking about selling my Donzi..

Been sitting for a while..Motor does turn, but I haven't cranked it up..
The boat is in overall OK condition for year.It could use some TLC.. The Boat is an all original 19 out of 25 built that year..

What do you guys think it's worth??

I sold number #23 last year for 14000.00. It was converted to a bravo drive and 502 crate motor.
Scary fast with that set up. The x dim is higher on the limited editions than later year productions.

Mine was a 7 out of 10. New updated dash and gauges, new Lenco tabs, and new rubrails.

Interior is in good condition..

I had more than my share of dreamers and the normal low ballers.

I gave in to a Canadian buyer that bought it site unseen. He knew what he was getting and gave me what I was happy with. More importantly is the transaction was done without wasting my time on prop kicking.

Yes, I'm sure you had your lowballers.. But at the end of the day, it is what it is.. If the offer is what you were happy with, that's all that matters. I know these are special boats and are a bit different than the regular 22's of this same year..

Thanks

As it sits probably 10-12k, very nice boat. I had a 1987 22 Classic at one time.

Yes, I figured somewhere around that price.. But I just wanted another boaters value before I go ahead and put it up for sale.. So, if there is any interest, I'm willing to work something out for any buyer that's interested..

Thanks,
Joseph

Pricing aounds about right. One minor correction would be clarifying that 19 of 25 applies to the LE models only, others were built that model year. The Alpha boats were a higher x dimension as noted over the Bravo boats. Probably have more info on it on my computer at home.
