Started work on my boat this past week. I figured I would start a thread on it. So I bought the boat in August. I was out on it every weekend until the end of the season. Let me start by saying member Mickeymcclgn gas been a tremendous help. This is my first performance boat and I didn't know chit about them.
Here is plan this offseason...... New transom assembly (play in pin/ring), paint bilge, new 380 K planes, new exhaust tips, full single ram hydro steering, new carpet, replace interior wood with starboard, MEFI 3 harness with Arizona speed ECU, routine maintenance on motor, lab props, and maybe a dash. The dash will likely get done next year though.
The boat has an EFI 502 with gil exhaust and hardin spark arrester and performed pretty good this year. Has a 22p bravo 1 prop on it and the boat hated it. Mickey had a 23p standard mirage and it handles 100% better. Hit a best of 64.5 with me and a full tank. The trailer was a POS so I bought an aluminum one. Here are some pics and I will update progress.

Good thread.
Made quick work of the cockpit, lol.
I like the dash lay out, will look good when finished. If you want it wrapped in vinyl in something cool or matching the boat, let me know unless you have someone already.
How far north on the Potomac do you run?
