I am usually very good at this stuff. However, I installed chrome bezels on all of my gauges. That required removal and re-installation of all gauges. After install, half of them do not work. I did take some digital photos, however camera data was erased during software upgrade.

1, Does anyone have any detailed pics of rear of gauges through panel?
2. Those tiny brass washers. Are they necessary? Some dropped due to my fat fingers and were unable to find.

Header install is forth coming as well as possibly a paint job and/or Pro Charger.

You must have missed connecting a power or ground wire somewhere. Much of the power and grounds are wired in a series from one guage to another.
The washers keep the nuts from getting loose.

I agree with Griff. Double check that all the grounds are connected first. They are usually daisy chained one to the next from the main ground block
