Looking to purchase either a 27 or 29 Fever... Whats a fair price for a 1996 29' Fever, 190 freshwater hours, mint condition, blue 500 motor?

Buddy of mine sold his 96, 29 with the blue motor at the beginning of the summer for 36000. Pretty good shape had a newer wrap and all new interior and gauges. Motor had probably 80-90 hours on complete rebuild.
