Default 2015 in the northeast

Merry Xmas to all! Our NE section has kinda fizzled out. I figured that if we start a 2015 thread, we could stir up some new boat news in our area. Any new boat coming to the area? Anyone have any major projects getting under way? Anything for sale around here? This used to be the most exciting thread on OSO about 5 yrs ago.Lots of OL/Cigarette banter, boats changing hands often, and a lot of ball breaking. Sad to see it all gone. IMO, the NE is a great place to boat if you like rough water. So lets try to get our section up and running again, he had such a great time way back when......

Kev don't worry. By tomorrow evening I'm sure there will be plenty to write, laugh and talk about. Bring your boots, I 'm sure it will get deep. 4195 is coming too!!!

Seeing how you asked about anything for sale , I have a clean 85 10 meter for sale in Groton. Have it listed on pop yachts for $29500 but VERY negotiable . Low 20's will take it for a fellow oso'er . This past season was the first season it has remained shrink wrapped for at least 20 years. As seen at Claudios for the past 2 decades.

Anyone heading to the 2015 NYC Boat Show? I'll be there as it's a tradition for us! Even though there has only been 1 or no performance boats in the past few years, I still love to go and get my new boat fix. Last year I contemplated a Monterey 328SS with twin big blocks. Sweet, sporty boat with a ton of space to party!

No major projects here.

Got my powerplay. Putting new interior in it.
New power head on one motor.
Alien cowls
new gauges
and finally north up to see my buddy for a half wrap.

Well.....I guess that is a project! !!

Here's a vid. Poor quality footage, but I love the boat so far. It's slow but rides really good.

p.s. I've got a piss load of t shirts if any n.e. guys want some.
