Should my 03 33 outlaw, 496ho's, have the drain tube from oil pan to pull through drain plug hole

Mine doesn't... You would have to drill two new holes and add them yourself

My 2002 342 has them... 496 mags.

I dont think any left the factory with them, but could of been added at the dealership
