As is, probly only good to a Fountain dealer. 
If the logo lights up, I would plug it in for a photo and list it separately for 300 starting price.
It's a perfect man cave accoutrement.
The letter assemblies are way too big and bulky- remove the plastic faces and sell them separately to someone with Reggie-love and a big space.
Dispose of ballasts, glass and wiring, take the aluminum sign cans to the recycler.
