Not a Cougar, The bottom looks like a Bertram. Deck I have no idea....

I agree with FastDonzi-bottom looks like a 38 Bertram, the deck??

Come to think of it...I have seen that same bottom on a 38 signature also.

I was looking at that yesterday. The Signature is a bit different with the strake layout.
It looks closest to a Bertram, especially the foredeck.
Pretty sad to think that someone has done that to a 38 Comp.
