Default Determining Used Boat Price

How does everyone go about determining the price of a used boat? Nadaguides seems to always price things low.

For example, nada has a 2005 baja outlaw 25 with 496ho at like 28k and everyone is asking 37kish..

BUC Book. Then look at what boats are selling for that are similar and have equal power and options

don't think 28 k is far off! of course many ask 37, but how much did the one that moved sold for... low 30 IMO !

3 years ago I bought a 2004 25 outlaw with 496 HO for 30k...needed a good buffing but that was all...

NADA says my Cafe is worth $50K. I priced it at $38.5 after looking at what others are selling at.

NADA seems useless as it doesn't consider the condition of the boat, only offers stock power numbers on engine options and assumes drive type doesn't matter.... NADA doesn't even care what viscosity oil you run.

it seems like everyone is pricing their baja outlaws very high, from what I am seeing. Do people price anything to sell anymore or always leaving room to negotiate.

X 2 on looking at the same boats for sale with the same/similar power.

Then factor in condition of what you're looking at and what you're comparing it to.
