I have a take out 454 mpi for sale. I believe it has about 130 hrs on it. I can confirm for serious buyer. It is all wrapped up in storage right now. Motor runs great and was only removed to upgrade to bigger power. It is a complete motor minus accessories and exhaust. They went on the new motor. This would make a great replacement for a tired engine or the perfect replacement for an old carb motor. $2,000 obo. Call or text for more info.

There are two MPI motors, the forged, Magnum, with 385hp and the cast regular MPI with 330hp. In the early years the Magnum was called the Magnum EFI and the 330hp was the "MPI". Later they were both called the MPI. The 330hp was always labled a "7.4L" (e.g., it did not say "454") while the 385hp always said "454".
