Hi, There is a 2006 Baja 405 on Ebay for 70k, with 400 hours on 496 HO's. I am coming from a 33' Outlaw and wanted more of a cruiser. We will be using it in the Pompano/Lauderdale area. Anyone have any input on them? Comfort, top speed, pros&cons? Thanks a lot

I would find out how much time that boat has spend on that trailer. It is NOT set up well. Some of those boats did have some issues with the stringer/liner configuration (separating). Given that trailer is not providing very good support, I'd want to see how it's been supported since new.
I would not worry about the power, they should be fine for 600, 800, maybe even 1000 hours.
Those that have them, like them very much. They have a lot of creature comforts.

That boat has been listed for a while. The one thing that I noticed before (the picture is now gone) is teh engine compartment seemed strange. The location where the generator sits seemed open. It seems some items may be missing from the description
As far as the 405 is concerned we absolutely love ours. .
