Plates and transom mount bracket only no Pistons how much should they be?

Why would you put tabs on a 40 skater?

I believe they are common on pleasure versions, my 03 36 has them.

They are sold as a option from Skater,Have you ever use them lol never seem a cat list to one side

I have them on my 32. Very nice quality. Mine all level when fully deployed. They fill in the notch +++ on a 32B really makes the boat longer in the rough and they lift totally clear for accelerating and calm water.
