"I have income from properties I acquired while at Fountain", or along those lines anyways. I'm sure he makes plenty on those properties today. What happened to all the people that lost money when he went belly up? Sure it's the "American" way/not 'breaking" any rules, but it still pisses me off.
If I went belly up, I'm guessing I'd loose everything and have to get a job/keep working.
I'm done. I need to go boating!

Probably the best possible course of action for everybody but the lawyers. And we all know that this kind of thing would just drag through the courts for years and do nothing but make the lawyers rich.
