i bought 2 closed cooling kits for a project and decided not to use it. unfortunately i painted the tanks white already so i cant return them...

these are the kits i have. everything is boxed up ready to ship. tanks are painted base clear PPG bright white. can paint any color you need.

Are they a full kit that also cool the manifold/headers with the antifreeze coolant, or is it a half system that the raw water cools the headers/manifold? From the pics, it looks like a half system, but curious
