Is it possible to match gel coat exact like you can paint ? I have a few chips on bottom of boat I would like to get repaired

A good paint man can fill match and blend it perfectly. I have some painted gel repairs on my old jet boat that still look perfect after 20 years.

Tom, I think that all Skaters are PAINTED over epoxy lay-ups. No gelcoat. If yours is built like that, you can sand the area, apply thickened 2-part epoxy resin, sand and paint. I don't know the "Skater" white color code, but would be interested in knowing it.

anyone find a alternative to the 555U to match skater white? Is the new Axalta Imron white the same as the 555U?
