I've got most of the running essentials sorted out and now I'd like to dig into the cabin panel, shore power, etc.
Can anyone help with a diagram for this boat or similar?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

i would be surprised if any diagram still exists, unfortunately your probably better off gutting and starting from scratch. As far as that goes i dont know of any sources for a standard template. I do them out of memory and knowledge of the basic systems. Wish i could help ya better, my 89 ScarabIII was actually pretty nicely wired for the era i know prior to 88 the 34 was a different boat. The really refined the build process around that time. Best you can do is try and isolate each system or circuit and go from there i know there is much room for improvement in these 'ol things. good luck with it.

hey dave, have you seen many problems over the years in the 34 scarab III cabin floor... pulled carpet back and what im seeing is where the fiberglass rolls up under seat, it just appears to have split.. so when your walking or standing on either side of the center stringer it feels soft.. sponge...but center stringer feels soft.. guess im little gun shy to pull the wood and have a look, just wondering what you've seen in past... rest of boat really looks solid...feels solid.. etc..been cold so giving her a real through through once over is kinda hard considering everything is frozen if there is damage its in hiding right now.. but as of now.. cabin floor just under first bomar hatch.. and it appears hatch may be culprit seeing as two of the hold downs that snug it down tight are missing.. thoughts on this...friend of mine picked up this boat and was curious on how i might be able to help him out...
