Default Hurricane storage facility in miami area

Does anyone know of a place in the Miami area that provides storage only for the duration of an impending named storm in a Category 4 building ? I have a client with a 39 cc that needs this as part of his insurance requirements.

It's not Miami proper but BTM Marine has quite a building in Boynton Beach that is CAT 5++ rated I believe.

How is that handled? A retainer? Every time I have been through a storm all the cat 3+ building get filled up FAST. Like 3 hours after a hurricane warning and they are full.
