Just bought a 400SS in Deeetroit. At some point we want to make the trip across erie, through the canal to the Hudson river. Then on to New York and down the east coast. Any thoughts? Start in June? Local Knowledge? Thanks

How much time you looking to take for the trip. There is a lot of nice stoping points along the way.

It depends we are in no hurry. If I have a week or two we will go as far as we get, Find a marina to keep the boat for a few weeks then fly home. 10 Days may or may not get us into the Hudson river
