For Rent - 45' x 25' slip, St Joe Isle Yacht Club
I have a slip for rent at St Joe Isle Yacht Club. This is next to Anchor's Way Marina (the ex-Harbor Isle Marina). It's inside, off the river. 30amp shorepower and full use of the Marina's facilities.
The slip is 45' long and 25' feet wide. Yup, 25 feet wide. One boat per slip though.
Just a few minutes to the lake.
Went out in a boat Sunday and checked depth - more than 4' all the way in. Sailboats need not apply!
$2,200 for the season.
