how many boats ran last year? And what is the average size? Not sure if i am big enough to run lake mi thanks

I did just fine in a 28. All depends on how the lake feels that day...

45 boats last year.
There are days it is glass and a flat bottom fishing boat would work. It all depends on weather. Tthere are days you wouldn't go out in 50' boat.
We will adjust run based on water conditions. Worst case we party all weekend.

How do i register for the poker run?? i am not a member of the boat club in northern il?? thanks

Hello attached is a link to NIOC website in order to participate in the run you have to become a member of the club mainly for insurance purposes. Along with the membership you get many perks such as the jackets for the Thunder Run only members get these if just riding on a boat as a crew you would not qualify.

To register for the Thunder Run you must first become a member and then you can register yourself and co-captain as well as anybody riding on your boat. If you have any trouble registering you can pm me I will be more than happy to help.
