Forgive me, but what happened at the end? Why did the Velocity and the green boat stop?
Other than that the white boat is a Velocity, can someone list the type of boat and how they finished in class 7?

The race was over and they were headed back to the ramp.
When Molson Muscle turned inside the course it was establishing the race was over.

We do see a lot of that at the end of a NASCAR race too.
Perhaps putting on a show for the fans at the dock ?
