Default Procharger intercooler froze!

I was wondering if anyone out there has had there aw-162 or aw-324 procharger intercooler freeze during the winter and found that it now leaks. Is there a fix to this or do I need a new one? If so does anyone out there have one of these used? Don 609-259-2126

Sometimes they can be patched if the core isn't damaged too badly, but typically they need to be replaced.

In the future, blow the core(s) out with pressurized air before winterizing with antifreeze.

Another vote for Frozenboost.com. I've bought several from them to replace Procharger intercoolers. Very reasonable pricing.

A little off topic, but can those silicon flexible hump hoses that they have on their site be used for wet exhaust? It's rated to 392*. I'm thinking it might help me out with an alignment issue I have between my header collectors and my tips.

Had one crack that didnt freeze . Head unit blew and was going to sell to a guy here . Decided to give it 15psi and a dip in the tank just because . Ill be damned if if it didnt bubble.
There hoses are not wire wound it will work under perfect conditions in short lengths .if something goes bad it will go real bad instead of just bad

aj, it's a very short run - in fact, the collectors are maybe 2 inches away from the leading edge of the tips. I see people using the blue silicon hose in straight runs in 6 inch runs - in fact, I bought some from an OSO member. Don't recall any wires in it when I cut it - just sliced it with a box cutter. I just thought the hump hose might help me out a little with my alignment issue. Might have to open a separate thread to keep from hijacking this one.
