Default Cable Seal thru-transom 09 Lightning

Anyone have any idea what brand/style this cable seal is ?
I need a new rubber bushing that goes inside it. Approx. 3/8" I. D. and tapered O.D.. Tried the Mercury/Hardin bushing and it's too long with too large an O. D..

Looks similar to conduit fittings we use. Tighten the collar to squeeze the tapered rubber down?
